50 EAST SHOES WILL GLADLY ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF PURCHASE OF UNWORN* MERCHANDISE IN THE ORIGINAL BOX. RETURNS WITH THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT WILL BE REFUNDED TO THE ORIGINAL TENDER. CREDIT/DEBIT CARD INFORMATION IS NOT STORED IN 50 EAST SHOES’ POINT OF SALE SYSTEMS, THEREFORE CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS MUST BE PRESENT AT THE TIME OF THE RETURN OR THE RETURN WILL BE DENIED, OR YOU WILL BE OFFERED A STORE CREDIT.
RETURNS WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT, ORIGINAL BOX, OR RETURNS ATTEMPTED AFTER THE 30 DAY WINDOW WILL BE ISSUED A STORE CREDIT FOR THE CURRENT SELLING PRICE OF THE ITEM. STORE CREDIT DOES NOT EXPIRE AND CAN BE USED AT ANY 50 EAST SHOES LOCATION.
CUSTOMERS WISHING TO RETURN MERCHANDISE MUST PRESENT THEIR NAME AND PHONE NUMBER AT CHECKOUT OR YOUR RETURN WILL BE DENIED.
THERE IS A 10 DAY WAITING PERIOD ON CHECK PURCHASES TO OBTAIN A CASH REFUND.
IF YOU ARE RETURNING A GIFT YOU RECEIVED, YOU WILL BE ISSUED A STORE CREDIT ONLY.
COUPONS OR REWARDS WILL NOT BE REISSUED.
